The information available through this site includes parcel value, owner of record/ownership history, land use, residential construction detail, outbuilding information and building sketch. Cost Bradford County is making this data available through the internet for your convenience. A fee of $50 a month will be charged to offset the cost of this additional service. Only credit card payments will be accepted. A person can either pay on a monthly basis of $50 or on a yearly basis of $600. Access will be denied for non-payment. It will be the user's responsibility to know when payment is due. An additional fee will be charged by ePaymentNow.com Payments Gateway for processing the credit card payments. Bradford County reserves the right to change the fee at any time. Accessing Database Once payment has been verified, the user will be asked to setup an account for access to the database. Access must be granted by the Assessment Office before the user can see the database. Access will only be granted during County business hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for Assessment to grant access.
